I was in burnt-out, depressed, lost and this retreat came at the perfect time. I left feeling rejuvenated and connected to a sisterhood. I cried so many tears the first few days even after the first yoga lesson with Sally because I finally felt my hips open after always having tension and pain there. I also felt seen and held, a safe space was created
to share and open up. It was truly a magical experience and recommend it to
anyone who feels called to do it. Do not doubt, just trust the universe,
you will be grateful after.
