Sally is completely committed to the pleasure of existence, a life filled with beauty, passion and love for our planet.
Movement for her is medicine and yoga changed her life. She has now been teaching for 12 years.
A life filled with ceremony and ritual, she works alongside her close plant allies and shaman friends who continually support her expansion.
Creating art with her husband Mitch Mustang, she feels blessed to create alongside him and be the vehicle for the beauty that seems to come through.

Cultivating reverence practices into everyday life she
sees the devotional in everything. Her philosophy is that life is a ritual and you are the temple. She teaches how to worship at your altar and adorn your shrine through movement practices & devotional therapies to live a more embodied life filled with beauty, reverence and deeper meaning.
With over 700 hours of dedicated yoga & self love training practices including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Calligraphy (beauty Yoga) and facial reflexology.

Fiona began her post tertiary "spiritual education" in the Americas, immersing herself in teachings on shamanism, consciousness, sustainability, natural healing and meditation. Fiona has received ongoing teachings in the Mystical Kabala, Hermetic wisdom, meditation, yoga, lucid dreaming, astrology, tarot and modalities of energetic healing.
Fiona is passionate about the process of personal transformation and the ongoing practice of self acceptance encouraging curiosity, inquiry and creative expression. She is deeply inspired by community and friendships of refined and sensitive nature. The notion of Sangha and "spiritual allyship", alongside the value and importance of cultivating authentic female friendships to support spiritual evolution, family and community remain a priority and calling in her life.

Lisa weaves the many facets of her life and passions into her calling to walk and work with women. A devotee of the Lotus and creative and professional writer, Lisa has created and curated guided writing sessions to unlock the secrets our bodies hold. The act of writing to release trapped energy and memories has been a powerful activation for allowing people to open to their spirit self; experience divine guidance and cultivate trust in oneself. This developing trust with oneself is the driving force for Lisa and the work she continues to do. Empowering women to recognise their potential, power and passions is the essential key to why she returns to the practice of writing, the worship of the lotus and many other modalities that are fostered in gentle joy, honest truths and liberating reclamation.
Lisa will often work on Sally’s retreats in the care taking role of logistics and key point of contact, as well as delivering writing, Lotus and aromatherapy workshops.

Her gifts of intuition and healing were amplified in this time also, apprenticing with shamans and wisdom teachers, now deepening through ancestral connection on her homelands of Scotland.
Songwriting is Zoë's channel for her Soul expression to be transformed into Art. Her lyrics and melodies carry an air of Mythic and symbolism, whilst her voice transcends you to the world of the Mystic.
An Oracle and devoted student to the Mysteries, her work is to channel these wisdom practices through the power of ritual, ceremony and healing to assist those who wish to awaken fully to their brilliance and reclaim their power.

"Sometimes very special opportunities find you in the most uncertain times. Sometimes the calling of one's soul becomes too loud to ignore. Sometimes all things fall into line and allow what was meant to be. Sally, Sarah, Teddi, Xoè and Daisy through your time, energy and love, you provided a space full of healing potential, safety and trust for myself and 18 other women from around the world. The path that led my way began along the journey from USA to Bali, meeting another American in Taiwan for 4.5 hours who was headed to meet Sally as well. To being seated next to her on the flight. To Sally not feeling well and showing up for us all regardless. To morning yoga with Sarah, one of the loveliest humans I’ve ever met. To conversations with Teddi over dinner that will stay with me forever. To powerful sound baths with Xoè who I believe is an ancient woman blessing this world with her presence. Then there was Daisy and the stars and our inner child work. Four days is all it took for healing to take place. 4 days is all it took to remember it’s okay for me to take up space, to exist. To know I can let the family pain go, that it was so heavy. I could put it down, (thank you Teddi). In 4 days there were flower offerings, blessings for the earth, waterfall splashing, incredible food, so many hugs and so many tears. There was love, understanding and deep respect. Sarah taught us about ribbon yoga and its healing. I brought home a necklace made by Xoè. In the span of 4 days this group of women gave me the chance to know and love 18 women who formed a sisterhood. I came home fully loving myself. Sally, you are a powerful force.
